In 2012, after a couple of smaller trips to Asia and Europe, Ellen ventured off on a 6 month around the world trip and experienced many amazing places along the way. Some highlights of her trip were the luxurious Las Ventanas in Cabo, an amazing cultural Intrepid tour through Cuba, and her stay at the unforgettable Canaves, Santorini.
Ellen has also experienced all of the major festivals including Coachella, Pamplona and Oktoberfest, so she’s your go to girl if you’re wanting to be a part of it.

It has also been year after year a top performer with Pinpoint Travel Group. A Current staff of 21 people, the business is undergoing substantial expansion in its home Based Consultant model. Its combined annual sales with Riche Travel Group are projected to hit nearly $15million this year.
The Companies have well formed relationships with both Airlines and Hotel suppliers. Fairflights negotiating excellent private fares, especially for our Business and First Clients, and The Riche Brand has a worldwide network of close relationships with the owners and GM’s of luxury properties, as the Directors are each year invited to attend the highly prestigious and exclusive International Luxury Travel Market (ILTM) in Cannes and Shanghai.
Eliza Woodward completed her Bachelor of Commerce (Marketing) degree at Wollongong 1994, she then worked with Flight Centre Limited for over 13 years from 2006. Her resume includes 4 years in State Management and business development roles, Retail Shop Management roles, and Leadership Trainer, elite Sales Training and Business Mentoring roles. Her achievements included running The Most Improved Flight Centre worldwide in the Company in 1998 (Elizabeth Street Sydney) and then as an Area Manager running up to 23 retail businesses to award winning profits year after year, again placing her region consistently in the top three worldwide out of up to 40 areas in her duration in the Role. Between 2001-2003 Eliza opened an award winning cafe and later “Best New Restaurant” Voted by The Restaurant and Catering Awards NSW in Sydney.
In 2005 Eliza opened the first retail Travel Agency, Fairflights in Woonona NSW. In 2006 in its first year the Agency won “Best New Agency” in Australia for Galileo, Travelport, the Global reservation system. In 2006 Eliza formed “The Perfect Wave”, Surf Travel Company in Manly afterwards selling to partners, and then in 2007 opened a second retail Fairflights Branch in Thirroul NSW, with Brent Wallace Managing the branch. In 2010 “Riche Hotels and Resorts” a luxury Hotel wholesaler was born with the help of business partners Brent Wallace and Stuart Reay, following shortly with the creation of “Riche Luxury Travel” a brand of high end home based Travel Consultants. All of whom have a minimum of over a decades experience in the industry and bring with them a portfolio of already raving fan clients.
Stuart Reay has worked in the travel industry since 1986 where he started with the UK’s largest travel agency, Pickfords. After completing a diploma in travel he worked in Europe for 3 years as a tour guide before arriving in Australia in 1993 where he worked for Flight Centre for 13 years where he was Top Consultant Australia wide 3 years in a row. Stuart then worked in the NSW State Management Team as the Airline Product Development Manager Role, where he was reknowed as the “Airfares Guru” due to his long industry experience and Airline relationships.
In 2006 Stuart joined Fairflights as a home based consultant and in 2009 he became a partner and Director in the business.
Stemming from a highly successful sales background in his 30 year old family business, Brent Wallace made the change to the Travel Industry in 2006. Extraordinarily well travelled he excelled quickly under the Fairflights brand and became the Top Selling Consultant and Retail Shop Manager in no time. With a portfolio of luxe and celebrity clients, Brent brings dazzle to the business and he is the author and creator of “Where’s Brent Been?” www.wheresbrentbeen.com, a highly successful luxury travel blog. Along with a massive twitter and Facebook following he has become a Travel Industry celebrity himself.
In 2008 Brent Wallace bought into Fairflights and became a Director and is a also a Co-Director and Co-Creator of Riche Travel.
The businesses have been built on referral and repeat custom only, and have rarely needed to invest in marketing dollars. The businesses have achieved amazing sales growth every year regardless of external conditions… the philosophy of every consultant sharing in the profit of their sales, and being personally responsible for their client’s arrangements and being contactable at any time should they be needed has been instrumental in this growth.
